Important to Read and Understand Before Placing an Order

Tenants (guests) are required to provide clear identification, including name, telephone number, and photo of ID card (if required).

Tenants (guests) couples must be married. We do not allow unmarried couples to stay.

Tenants (guests) are required to maintain the villa property properly. If damage occurs due to the tenant’s negligence, the tenant is required to compensate for the loss.

Payment of all fees (settlement) must be made no later than the day of arrival (check-in).

It is prohibited to bring sharp weapons, alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or other items that may violate applicable laws.

We do not allow villa rentals for activities that are contrary to applicable laws or norms.

General Information

  1. The prices listed on the villa page do not include high season periods, such as Eid, Christmas, and New Year holidays.
  2. The prices listed are calculated per night (not per 24 hours).
    Prices for weekends and weekdays may differ.
  3. Ask us for special discounts.
  4. For use of more than 1 night, special discounts are available.
  5. Loss of personal items during the stay is the responsibility of the renter.
  6. Make sure to keep items such as vehicle keys, and lock the doors and windows of the villa when leaving the villa.

Booking

  1. Reservations and checking the availability of the villa can be done by phone or WhatsApp listed on the villa details page or contact page.
  2. Reservations can be made offline via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Online reservations are still in process.
  3. Down payment (DP) of at least 30% of the total cost of stay. Without a down payment, the reservation cannot be processed.
  4. Payment in full can be made at check-in or in full at the time of booking.
  5. Down payment for additional reservations (such as catering, roast lamb, single organ, etc.) of at least 50%, and payment in full at check-in.

Cancellation and Reschedule

  1. Cancellation of bookings and refunds of down payments (DP) are not permitted (no refund for DP).
  2. Changes to the schedule or reschedule are permitted with a notification of at least 2 weeks before the arrival date, and can only be rescheduled once.
  3. After paying the down payment (DP), changes to the villa that has been booked are not permitted.
Villa Survey

Renters are required to see the villa photos first, either through the holidaybelitung.com website or our WhatsApp.

Renters must ensure that the villa price is within their budget.

Determine the date you want to use, if the date is available, please do a survey.

Surveys can only be done by appointment, at least 1 day before.

Survey fee of IDR 100,000 paid by transfer.

If you make a reservation (by giving a deposit), the survey fee will be deducted from the rental fee.

We will pick you up to the villa from a location that is easy to find as promised.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in: 14.00 WIB. If there are no previous guests, check-in can be done starting at 08.00 WIB.

Check-out: 12.00 WIB. If there are no guests after that, check-out can be done until 15.00 WIB.

Please confirm in advance if you want to check-in early or check-out late, because not all villas can provide such flexibility.
